Probably one of the best things I did recently.. To randomly walk through the bookstore, watch words come alive, colorful and bright. I used to go to the book store once every 2 weeks till some months back. I love bookstores, the alleys towering with myriad tales from various lands. The distinct smell of new books, glossy cover, the crispy sound of pages will get me high any day.
I do not find books, usually books find me. Somedays, I know that I need to take that one home, just at one glance. On other days, I need to go to the store more than once for it to coax me to take it home. :)
I have been eyeing on "Eat, Pray Love" for a long time... So be it :) Book of the month, though I have few books begging me to finish off. Next was the blueberry muffin and coffee. The muffin was unexpectedly delightful! Sitting at Lavazza's garden tables, flipping through initial pages, sipping coffee, and having soft delectable muffins.. soul healing feeling.
